FAQ

(Frequently Asked Questions)

What is Pressure Washing?

Pressure washing is just that, washing by use of pressure.  Pressure washing should only be used when cleaning hard services such as cement driveways, parking lots, curb lines, the exterior of concrete buildings...  You do not want a company to use pressure on your vinyl-sided house; as it simply beats up on your vinyl and can easily remove paint.

What is Soft Washing?

Soft Washing, while a relatively newer term, does not rely on the pressure to do the cleaning, but rather the solution and hot water.  Our solution breaks down the mold, mildew, fungus...

What cleaning agent do you use?

Our solution consists of a 12% sodium hypochlorite mixed with a degreasing agent that helps the solution adhere to the surface allowing it to eat away at mold, mildew, fungus… which is then down streamed with hot water, allowing us to effectively clean your home while protecting the integrity of its composition.

Will the solution hurt my bushes, flowers or grass?

We care about your property and while we downstream our solution so it is diluted,  we also proactively wet down nearby vegetation to avoid any negative impact to your landscape.
